How do I upload an audio file?

On the main processing page, simply drag and drop your audio file into the designated area or click to browse your computer for a file.

What audio formats are supported?

We currently support .wav, .mp3, .m4a, and .flac formats.

Is there a file size limit?

Yes, the maximum file size is 750 MB.

How long does processing take?

Processing time varies depending on the length of your audio, but a 5-minute voiceover typically processes in under 30 seconds.

What is the difference between AI Voice and Human Voice profiles?

These profiles optimize the processing algorithm for the unique characteristics of AI-generated voices (which often have more consistent pacing) versus natural human speech (which might have more subtle pauses and variations).

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

If you've used under 30 minutes of processing time and are not satisfied, you can request a refund. Please contact support for more details.

Are my uploaded files secure?

Yes. Your files are stored temporarily for processing and are automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not track or retain your audio data.

What happens if processing fails?

If your file fails to process, we will attempt to auto-convert it to WAV and retry. If it still fails, you can retry it manually from your dashboard or contact support.
