1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CleanCut VO, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

CleanCut VO provides an online tool for processing and enhancing voiceover audio, including silence trimming, pacing adjustments, and clarity enhancements.

3. User Accounts

• You must register and log in to process files and track usage.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Free Trial

• CleanCut VO offers a 7-day free trial, which includes 1 hour of processing with full Pro features.
• No credit card is required to start the free trial.
• After the trial, you will revert to the Free Plan unless you upgrade.

5. Usage Policy & Processing Limits

• Free Plan: Includes 1 hour of processing per month. MP3 & WAV import only (3-minute max per file). Export limited to low-bitrate MP3 (128 kbps). Standard queue (slower).
• Pro Plan: Includes 10 hours of processing per month. Priority queue. All presets & custom controls. Supports WAV, MP3, M4A, FLAC. Additional 10 hours can be added anytime for $29.99.
• Processing minutes are consumed based on the original length of the uploaded audio.
• Abuse of the service or attempts to bypass usage limits may result in account termination.

6. Data Handling and Auto-Deletion

• Your uploaded audio files and their processed outputs are stored temporarily on our servers for the sole purpose of providing the service.
• All audio files are automatically deleted from our servers within **24 hours** after processing is complete. We do not retain copies of your audio after this period.
• We do not share your audio files or personal data with third parties, except as necessary for service operation (e.g., payment processing via Stripe).

7. Refund Policy

• You may request a refund if your file fails to process even after auto-conversion and retry attempts, and you have used under 30 minutes of processing time.
• Refund requests for other reasons will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded audio content. CleanCut VO claims no ownership over your original or processed audio files.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CleanCut VO makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service's operation or availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

CleanCut VO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., England and Wales], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any new terms.
